I’m Jennifer Alvarez,
your new friend and beauty industry educator. As a specialist in extensions and bridal, my vision has been creating a career that I love. Through challenges and learning curves, I built a multiple Seven-figure Hair + Makeup business. My goal is to help Hairstylists create a thriving profitable business behind the chair and in this industry. My mission is to share strategies to help beauty professionals create a sustainable business without feeling overwhelmed or financial chaos.
My Journey
I have been a licensed Cosmetologist since 2002 and have overcome many obstacles to get to where I am today. From self-worth, no direction, not having the right tools and resources, I have learned many lessons the hard and long way. But I persevered, became obsessed with education, and created a career and life I love. I believe that you can too!
I've been a licensed cosmetologist since 2002, a salon owner since 2016, and an educator since 2006. I've studied at the Redken Exchange in NYC and Vidal Sassoon Academy in London and have had the privilege of studying with several celebrity artists and business coaches. As the Leo Passage award's first recipient, I've won multiple photoshoot hair competitions and scholarships. From traveling the US teaching with haircare companies to being a guest artist at beauty schools and salons, my experience and mentors have inspired my multiple award-winning bridal company and salon. My mission is to impact the beauty industry by empowering, inspiring, and educating others through my salon, podcast: Beauty Business Game-Changer, and educational workshops.
